Provided through Dillon Counseling Associates, PLLC.

I firmly believe that you already have all that you need to find peace and healing.

Counseling

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults. In-person sessions are offered in Johnson City as well as virtual appointments across Tennessee, Texas, and South Carolina.

Consulting

I offer consulting for providers who are looking to provide eating disorder-informed care for their existing clients but would benefit additional support in navigating the nuances.

Internal Family Systems

This is the primary modality I use in therapy sessions (and admittedly, how I aim to navigate my own life!). What this includes is me helping guide you through your own thoughts, perspectives, and emotions to get to know yourself with openness and curiosity. I will aim to help you get curious about how you show up and what activates you. I want to help you develop a compassionate relationship with yourself.

Addictions & substance use

I have worked in a variety of settings helping folks who struggle with addictions and substance use, from residential settings to PHPs and IOPs to regular outpatient work. I deeply enjoy this work, all of which I approach from the Internal Family System lens.

Embodiment

I deeply enjoy incorporating embodiment work into my practice. So what does this look like? It might include us bringing intentional awareness to your body’s experiences. It might include working through practices in session to help give you safe experiences in your body. Or, it may include a mutually agreed upon “walk-and-talk” session.

Trauma

Through the lens of IFS, I help folks get to know the parts of themselves that have been deeply impacted by various traumas. My goal will be to help you access compassion and curiosity towards all parts of you.
